Hawaii State Science and Engineering Fair. 2018 and 2019, Honolulu, Hawai‘i. Judge science projects by local middle and high school students in a statewide competition.

Oregon Science Olympiad. 2014, Newberg, Oregon. Created, proctored, and judged two marine ecology exams.

Educational Workshop Volunteer

Winter Wonderings Workshop. 2012, 2013, 2014, Corvallis, Oregon. Created and led an interactive seminar for gifted 3rd graders about invasive species in marine food webs.

Evolution & Ecology Workshop. 2011, Corvallis, Oregon. Developed a game and led a workshop for high schoolers about the ecology of disease and immunity.
